How can I help ?
I’m a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience—and a mum of three. I understand both the professional and personal sides of navigating this transition.
In my hospital-based role, I supported people returning to work or daily life after illness—including many parents juggling fatigue, cognitive load, and multiple demands. Now, I also support parents without a diagnosis who simply feel stretched and exhausted.
